(A) DELIVERY POLICY
It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure that their full address including street names and post code are accurate.
P.O. Box addresses WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
If recipients/ buyers are not at home to receive their purchased order, they may contact the courier service within a stipulated timeframe for next delivery or pick up.
If the ordered products are not collected within the stipulated time, the ordered products will be returned to the seller (i.e. Fomnexts Depot). Buyers can contact our Customer Service at 603 - 7733 6232 to make further arrangement.
We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
We deliver each order to one delivery address. If the buyers require to send items to two or more different addresses, the buyers should place a separate order for each address.
A Consignment Reference/ Order Tracking Refence Code will be sent to buyers once the items ordered are packed and ready for shipment/ delivery.
(B) DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Confirmed orders will be processed within the next working day, EXCLUDINGSaturday, Sundayand Public Holidays.
All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated courier service provider from Monday to Friday, EXCLUDING Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Sales, Promotion & Festive Periods:
During peak online sales and promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer than the estimated delivery time frame as stipulated above.
For festive seasons and promotional periods, buyers are advised to place order in advanced in order to receive the order within the estimated delivery time frame. Please allow a buffer delivery time frame of 7 to 14 working days in addition to the regular delivery lead time.
(C) SHIPPING FEE POLICY
All buyers who sign up for a shopper’s account at www.fomnextsdepot.com are entitled for free shipping privileges for delivery destination within Malaysia (i.e. Peninsular & East Malaysia).
The “SHIPPING FEE POLICY” is subject to changes by the Management of Fomnexts Depot. Should there be any changes made to the “SHIPPING FEE POLICY”, the Management of Fomnexts Depot shall post a notice to inform the shoppers and buyers on www.fomnextsdepot.com.
Latest promotions and discounts and/or any changes to the terms and conditions related to promotions or discounts shall be updated on www.fomnextsdepot.com from time to time, as and when it is required.
All Promotion Code and/or Discounts Code are NOT APPLICABLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF FACE MASK, UNLESSS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
All information of shoppers (user account) such as name, address and contact information are strictly used for Fomnexts Depot’s internal reference for the purpose of shipping, delivery of products and communication to keep shoppers informed of our latest offer, promotions, events and relevant notices only.
All information of shoppers will be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
If the ordered product(s) received is (are) not the right specification (e.g. wrong size, capacity, etc.) or not the right item(s) that the buyers have ordered, buyers must IMMEDIATELY TAKE PHOTOS OF THE WRONG PRODUCT AND THE COURIER DELIVERY RECEIPT SHOWING THE DATE AND INFORMATION OF DELIVERY and WHATSAPP TO 012 583 9600 / 017 337 9600and/or contact us at 603 - 7733 6232 to check and make arrangement to return the wrong product WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT, so we can make arrangement to re-send the right products that the buyers have ordered.
If the packaging seal is opened or damaged upon delivery by the courier service provider, DO NOT ACCEPT the parcel. Buyer mustIMMEDIATELY TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED SEAL/ PACKAGE/ PRODUCTAND THE COURIER DELIVERY RECEIPTSHOWING THE DATE AND INFORMATION OF DELIVERY and WHATSAPP TO 012 583 9600 / 017 337 9600 within the same day the parcel arrives, to make further arrangement to return the parcel to us in exchange for the same product which is in good condition.
In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller’s end (i.e. damaged, faulty or wrong product delivered to the buyer), the return shipping fee shall be borne by seller (i.e. Fomnexts Depot).
